All dogs shed and no one can stop it (if someone knows how please let me know!)
But to lessen some of the hair on your shirt try brushing him at least once a day. It gets extra hair off his coat and less on you clothes.
I would still keep the lint rollers close though.
Brush it often, it won’t prevent the shedding but it will help you from getting it all over your house. By the way if you make it a game the lab will love it.
