Hoover Windtunnel vs Hoover Quadraflex Part 2

I see Quadraflex won.

i have always thought the quadra was a better powerhead, great vid

funny I found the windtunnel to do a better job overall in both tests, it didn’t spit stuff around like the quadrafex

hardly. The quad took 3 passes and the Windtunnel only 2

The only other real test though imho is cleaning ground in dog hair and cat fur from carpet a much tougher challenge. Especially for those like me with shedding dogs, it makes a huge difference

Well the windtunnel has better grooming and a chevron design where the quadraflex just sprirals meaning half the dirt and grit gets pushed away from the suction port. But so far from my experience, Electrolux has the best pick up on pet hair.

can i buy that black quadraflex PN off of you?

Since the quadraflex has two beater bars and two brushes you’d think it would’ve performed better than the Hoover Windtunnel.

its been proven that beater bars don’t clean they just beat your carpet. And the windtunnel has an aggressive chevron style brush and 3 air channels that steer the debris into the suction channel. The quadraflex has a spiraled brush roll that pushes all the debris to the one side
