    Great machine so far. I really like the suction on the carpet. I just hope it stays that good for some time. It doesn’t get in tight places as well as my Dyson did, but so far it really is sucking up dirt much better than the Dyson which cost more than twice as much money.

    Worked very well, as advertised, but a couple of weeks after we received it the drive belt for the carpet sweeper, which looks somewhat flimsy and cheap, stopped working, and the housing seems to rub on the rotary axel that contains the brushes. I have to see whether the Hoover people are responsive concerning repair or replacement.

    It is heavy, it is hard to push and the vacuum did not come with one of the attachments and I never could get ahold of anyone on the toll free customer service line.
