How do I fix it ?
To the person who answered… no it’s not a bagless. I’ve completely cleaned all filters, changed bag, and unclogged the hose…. we took off the very top "layer " of plastic and the rattling is from the motor …. we’re just not sure if we can fix it ourselfs. We thought if some one was out there who had done it themselfs and could help us then we’ll try it.
it’s possible that you vacuumed something up, like a paper clip or something. I’m assuming that is a bagless model? check underneath for any thing lodged in it, and make sure there is nothing in the dirt collector. If the rattling continues, there may be an item lodged further in the machine. I wouldn’t recommend trying to disassemble and reassemble it yourself, so i would just leave it at that, unless the rattling is diminishing the vaccum’s ability to clean.
