  1. youre wrong, thats not a rinsable hepa filter, thats a rinsable primary
    filter. First of all the hepa filter of this product is located in a tray
    below the dust cup. Pull the tray and you will spot the hepa filter along
    with the carbon filter. Also you cant wash the hepa filter, it must only
    tapped out to be clean.
