    This is the same filer that came with our Hoover vacuum. The downside to a reusable filter is you have to wash and then let air dry. By getting a second filter, the first can be washed and dry while you keep cleaning with the second filter. This is an OEM filter. With free supersaver shipping this cost less than buying from Hoover directly.

    Works just fine. I would recommend owning 2 of these because of the drying time required. When it is wased out it takes at least 48 hours to completely dry before you can reinsert a comopletely dry filter. I would recommend this to all Hoover vacuumn owners whose vacuumns require them.
