Hi Sober Julie, I’m having trouble getting the automatic height adjustment
to work on mine. The head of the vacuum remains low to the floor, even on
plush carpeting. This forms a seal that makes the vacuum hard to push.
Do you know what I may be doing wrong? Love the blog!
Thanks. Just got mine and for the life of me and my husband we couldn’t
figure out how to connect the hose. Was not in the directions and also was
not in the on air demonstration where I purchased it from. Thanks to your
video now I know.
