Is the Hoover windtunnel a good vacuum to buy and is it suitable for getting my dogs hair off my chairs?

The newer ones are built in China and not quite up to the performance of the older bagged windtunnels produced in Ohio if i recall. That said the Tempo is still carried by some stores and is a cheaped version of the windtunnel it has the "windtunnel technology" which is actually two air channels surrounding the main one the problem with the Tempo is it’s short hose but for about $70 the price and performance on carpet is a good value
You should spend the extra money and purchase an Electrolux , I have always owned them , they last for many years and have excellent suction so pet hair is no match. I used to sell them and as we said in the office , " Nothing sucks like a Lux :)) ".
