I purchased an oem hover wind tunel bagless hepa filter just in case my origional filter goes bad.In about over a year later the filter is still perfect.The filter twists on to the lid of the dirt canister.After the final use of the vacuum ,i clean the filter by running it under the sink faucet and remove its dirt from its weaving.3 minutes later its clean like new.no dust at all. The hepa filter drys over night and can be used over and over again .No bags are used and this fliter keeps My furniture dust free for a very long time. We have a dog and it catches evrything.A great value for the money.If ever this vacuum quits , I plan to buy this exact same one again with the same hepa filters. Only the best is for my family.
