The filter is Hoover part number 40120102 and is the same filter as 43613024. Hoover WindTunnel V2 / Dual V / Savvy bagged models HEPA final (1 pack). This filter is used when the vacuum is configured for use with paper bags. (foam filter #38766028 is used if your vacuum is bagless.) . Fits all bagged WindTunnel V2, Dual V and Savvy upright vacuums including U8120900, U8140900, U8153900, U8155900, U8161900. Does not fit bagless models.

I could not find this filter anywhere locally. I tried Sears, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, K-mart, Fred Meyer, Lowes, Home Depot and a local vacuum clearer repair shop. None carried this filter. I shopped Amazon, and there it was for less than 1/2 of what Hoover was charging on their website. Got the part and it was a genuine Hoover filter and it fit my vacuum perfectly. It is the hepa final filter which some V2 Windtunnels use. It’s slightly curved with a black plactic holder which snaps into place inside the lower section of the vacuum cleaner.
